I really like Bradford. He reminds me of Rivers minus the weird delivery. Still, Rivers stayed all 4 years, which I love in a QB. Anyone who says Matt Stafford can't read a D and makes poor decisions hasn't watched the dude and is just trying to file him under "stereotypical young gunslinger." Those are two things he improved at immensely. PLUS, you're gonna have to coach any of these young QBs up alot anyway, might as well get the most talented one.
I agree completely with this. Chances are a very good QB prospect falls to us. No need to scarafice more of our draft picks in order to pick one up this season. Any QB that falls out of the top 5 is going the way of Aaron Rodgers or Brady Quinn, to the bottom half of the first round. The only hitch in that is the 49ers who pick 10th, but may be happy with the way Shaun Hill finished out the season.
If one of Stafford/Bradford is falling to the mid-first, I hope the 49ers go with Everette Brown. But if not, I'll take Everette Brown or Greg Hardy depending on his offseason.
I'd wet myself over Everette Brown. I want a marquee QB for this franchise, but if they are gone Brown would more then make up for it.
