    Related issue ...

Probably a silly question, but do we have any players to put out there that another team might be looking for in a trade package to put with our 29th and slide up a bit?

I know it's a painful thought knowing what we gave up for him, but I think this might be a good way to move D-Rob. He isn't made for the new defense and he may still hold hight value around the league. Many of us see BUST written all over him, but another team might see "potential".

Package D-Rob and the 29th to move up to the 13-14 and take Nagata. The other team still has a first round pick and a DT that may fit their needs.

I heard his painfully expensive contract wouldn't allow a trade as of right now. I'm also not sold on D-rob being a bust, he just hasn't shown us that he is the next coming of Warren Sapp, thats for sure.

If we had the cap room I would love the chance to nab Ngata with that sort of trade.

Rather than saying it all over again here's the same thread from a few days ago.

Lets trade up to 15 and grab Lawson rather than ending up with an Alex Gordon and Joe Mott.

As much as I like Lawson, I don't think I'd trade #29 and 35 to get him. I still like the chances of one from Lawson, Wimbley, Carpenter being there at #29. If it becomes more an more likely that it won't be the case, I wouldn't have a major issue packaging #29 with #71 to move into the 22-25 range.

Another scenario .. Ngata or Bunkley are still available at 15 .. do we pull the trigger?
