You're kidding, right? Whats the difference between Leinart/Bush/Young and Ferguson/Cutler/Hawk? Quite a bit and John Abraham might not even be enough. Leinart is a franchise QB like Palmer or either Manning while a guy like Cutler will be more of a Phillip Rivers type.
The only game breaker is available at the #1 spot? The only thing sure about Bush is that he will eat up 20% of a teams cap before he proves anything at this level. We are just as capable of getting an impact player at #4 as we are of getting one at the #1 spot.
IMO Bush is head and shoulders above any other player, and the closest rb to a sure thing that mabey I've ever seen. We are not just as capable of getting an impact player at another draft position. I believe he will prove his worth sooner than later
