I agree completely. The Jets once again had a chance to prove themselves as an elite team, then they blow a game at home when they are 7 point favorites. Just when people starting believing in them and calling them the best in the afc, it's all over just like that. The jets just aren't an elite team it seems. They are a good team, but not an elite team that wins 13-14 games. Now lets hope we can win out, get to 12-4 and win this division. I can't take any more disappointment. It won't happen if they play like they did today.
Maybe it's because I didnt buy into the "Jets are elite" bullshit that i am not so surprised that they had a letdown game and got outplayed today. Elite? LOL they are in the top half, which is good, since there is a lot of parity in the top half of the league. But dont think for a NY minute this is an elite team.
