I think I made a very good case for Favre, actually. And if you bring up the senerio: "If a war against Russia depended on a football game, who would you make your last-minute phone call to?" it's kind of hard not to count on a guy like Favre.

It's kind of hard not to count on a guy like Farve throwing 3 interceptions.

    1. Tom Brady (Until Manning wins one, he'll always be second)
    2. Peyton Manning (He gets that championship and he's MAYBE in consideration with Brady. Maybe.)
    3. Donovan McNabb (Very accomplished and has done so much for the Eagles organization. Been in contention for the SUPERBOWL almost every year he was healthy)
    4. Carson Palmer (One of the top prospects coming out of college and is proving why he was #1 overall. He kept his offense competitive with the Colts offense last year in a shootout)
    5. Byron Leftwich (Had the Jags in place to beat the Colts several times last year even when Dwight Freeny was in his face all game long.. Tough quarterback with a cannon)

    2. Brady
    3. McNabb
    4. Palmer
    5. Hasselbeck

I can't believe so many people rate Big Ben and Favre in the top five. One has yet to reach his potential, while the other is way past his prime. Neither are playing at an elite level right now.

Your list is fine but i would make a swap, i would take out palmer and slot in roethlisberger.

    1. Manning
    2. Brady
    3. Roethlisberger
    4. Green
    5. Favre

the list above is based on the regular season.

The list below is based on the playoffs.

    1. Brady
    2. Favre
    3. Roethlisberger
    4. McNabb
    5. Manning

Kid you are a half step above retarded. I can't remember the last time the Redskins even had a QB in the top 10!!!! Theisman??

And that Vick comment?? Come on -- I hope you are pulling our leg. Awesome at throwing?? -- have you EVER seen his numbers?

I'm not entirely sure...but from the top of my head...

    1.Manning
    2.Palmer [when not hurt]
    3.Brady
    4.Hasselbeck
    5.Green

The reason Palmer is ahead of Brady is because Palmer has potential to be greater than Brady IMO...

Palmer has greater targets, and Brady's #s [besides this year] aren't that great.

Who knows, maybe I'm being too biast.

I've just never though of Brady as the best or even runner-up.

The main job of a quarterback is to LEAD his team to a championship through presence (leadership ability). Until Manning does that ? he shouldn?t be atop anyone?s list.
