Tom Brady to have offseason foot surgery. Just heard on Mike and Mike that he'll have a screw placed in his foot & SHOULD be ready for training camp. It won't be long before we start to see and enjoy Brady playing on the down side of his career. The Patriots time is ticking. It won't be long before the Cheats are 'that team' that no one even cares enough to talk about anymore; just like it's always been. Tick...Tock. The Dolphins will ALWAYS be our true rival. The ***Pats*** have been a substitute, and will soon be a thing of the past.
Even if Brady started a decline the pats are still better than the gay sharks and will be for some time. After this year they definitely jumped to #1 in the rival department, imo. And isnt it ironic, FOOT surgery!
really pats-hater, i understand you are up there in patsy land but the patriots didnt matter until the late 90s. the dollfags were always the team i HATED. just in the last 10 years and it wasnt even that long really the first superbowl they werent hated rivals. shit i always felt bad for them. they had no fans, they always sucked. they had a shit stadium. really nobody cared about them. miami will always be my most hated team. other teams it comes and goes. the dollfags i will always hate.
I am so fucking pissed off about this story. These fucking Nixonian assholes in Foxboro say Brady's shoulder is hurt for four years, are psychotic about injury reports and so they don't mention Brady's foot, and suddenly the Pats* get their asses handed to them and lo and behold, we hear that Brady's got a stress fracture. What a nice convenient excuse. As dubagedi posted after the Pats loss about the Jet posters here, "fuck you all" in Foxboro.
this. i actually was rooting for the pats in 85 and again with parcells in 96. i've never, and will never root for the fish. i'll probably never root for the pats again, come to think of it, but there once was a time when i didn't hate them.
It is kind of funny how they tend to leak injuries on purpose to make excuses for their stars. Randy Moss played poorly down the stretch last year, whoops, somehow their normally tight lipped system lets one slip to a media member that poor old Randy was being a great soldier the whole time playing with broken ribs. Brady had an off game against the Jets, suddenly another leak about how it was "extremely painful" for about half the season. They definitely manipulate the narrative on players health not only to be deceptive but also to stroke the egos of the stars I think. That said, you guys are in the AFC Championship game so I'm not sure why you're so pissed off about this. I was pretty drunk and had spent 12 hours outside personally witnessing what I would call the 2nd most frustrating game of the Brady era behind that game that never happened about 3 or so years ago and in general it pisses me off whenever any dumbass supporing anyone uses the term bandwagon to imply that somehow A) their own fan base is completely lacking these types and B) that being a casual fan is some sort of fatal character flaw. So I would say the sand in my vagina was far more justified than you getting pissed about...actually I have no clue in this case. Your team is still playing so why are you worried about the guys who your team just humiliated and have started their off-season earlier than anyone expected.
The mistake you appear to have made is in assuming that once we beat the New England Bastards we would stop hating them.
I actually hope the surgery goes just fine, so next year when the Jets play him they can beat down a healthy Brady with no excuses.
