but they missed the playoffs prior with a better record than they made it with Herm, so the playoff appearance doesn't indicate they were better, or that the two playoff appearanes were comparable. you've oversimplified the entire scenario to defend your position which has to ignore many factors that easily dispute it.
They won their 10th game in 2005 by playing a team that rested starters and they lost 2 of their OL starters(including a HOF caliber LT) and Damon Huard started 8 games in 2006. It was much tougher to win 9 games in 2006 than 10 in 2005 b/c of that but you guys ignore that b/c of your hatred for the man. I get that you guys hate Herm for some reason, he did a GOOD job for us and I appreciate that. Sorry if that offends you guys.
