No: the Seahawks had a worse record than us. The only circumstance in which the Pats will pick after us is if the Seahawks make it all the way to the Super Bowl. In that case, depending on if the Seahawks win it, the Pat's Seahawks pick will be either 31 or 32. In that scenario we will go up to 25.

If the Seahawks are knocked out, the Pats will be picking at 25, and us at 26.

Therefore we should all be cheering on the Seahawks for the rest of the playoffs.

    1) Demarcus Ware is 6'4, 250 lbs. Thats perfect size for a 3-4 OLB. He moves very well and he can cover. He was already that fast and fluid in college. Woodley is 6'1, 280 lbs. Thats definitely not what you're looking for in a 3-4 OLB. Usually guys like that dont move well, they're slow and just not athletic enough to play OLB. We will see how Woodley does at the combine.

    2) We already have enough average / solid players on our team (Hobson, Kassell and all those guys). We have nough young talents and good depth etc. What we need are good players that can help us out right now. And thats what you get with Adalius Thomas. He will boost our pass rush and he can stop the run. Thats exactly what we need. It would be great to get Thomas AND Woodley (he could take over for Thomas in a few years) but thats not going to happen.

Wow, I thought they Jets would pick first because the Seahawks are still in the playoffs. Oh well, thanks anyway.
