I wouldn't mind bringing him back in the future. He obviously isn't making big strides as a passrusher, but he's been showing the ability to be an effective Stringside 34 OLB. Slot him in there, then draft a passrusher to play the weakside, and we'll be set at 3 of our LB spots, let Barton and Hobson battle for that other ILB position.

Alot of people have said wait until he gets a regular spot then judge him. Well so far I'd have to say that he has made more of an impact thus far than I would have imagined. Hes not a top DE yet , but like the article said , hes becoming more valuable game by game.

maybe i'm watching the wrong games. I've seen BT tackle some players down the field and make a decent tackle near the line here and there. And every year i see him in the backfield for a sack or pressure, but i am not impressed with him at all, more dissappointed than anything (considering a 1st round pick). he's improved because that's the only direction to move when you suck.

    if he's gone, i won't miss him.

hes been doing pretty good this yr. nothing amazing, but to me that says hes doing what hes asked and maybe one of the few people not holding this defense back. (although I would like to see more enthusiasm in his pass rush, he gets stood up and doesnt even try to rip or swim away, but then again he maybe just told to contain incase the run comes outside.)

either way, it was brought up earlier, but something hes done VERY VERY well is shut down TE's.

i dont remember any TE's getting big plays this year or consistently helping the opposition move the chains.(im sure theres one play there somewhere but regardless weve kept the TE's QUITE)
