I don't want to give up on Jones(age) or Leone(injury), nor do I want to seem like I'm giving too much credit to Greene(season isn't over), but if Schotty comes back next season I can easily see someone complaining about not getting enough carries.

Whatever you want to call it, the formation has worked very nicely all year, especially when Smith keeps it. I would love to see us use that 10-15 times a game, especially when our standard run game is struggling.

How did Thomas Jones NOT make the Pro Bowl? Terrible. Great season by him. Career highs in almost everything and no Pro Bowl? BS.

It's really bullshit. I think he's an alternate tho.

Super Bowl teams can't play in the Pro Bowl anyway, but I still wish he would have made it. :)

TJ was excellent for us. shame he left when he did, but we let him go at the right time. He was just starting his decline. But he was Curtis Martin light, and we couldnt have asked for more in his tenure with us.

We still have guys pissed off we cant get 3-4 yards when we need it. T.J. was that guy, 4 yards and a cloud of dust. wasnt a game breaker, but he was consistent.

TJ was the definition of consistency and then late in the 2nd half he would break a couple long ones. Also he never fumbled which was why he was so perfect for the Jets in 09.

I've never seen a running back trip over the line of scrimmage as much as Thomas Jones.

Shonn Greene does it pretty well. He always looks off balanced.
