It was very close, I would say the call was pretty weak to be honest.

You can only be up by SCORING, which they were unable to do. Geno had to make plays to WIN and he did. 1-0 for a room who's only played 3 quarters of preseason ball. Enjoy the crow!

Both feet were out of bounds. They showed the replay.

#Jets 18 #Bucs 17 FINAL. After slipping by with a win, Rex Ryan, "Super Bowl bound. No doubt about it."

    Overall an good emotional game!

Geno is my QB. He showed what I thought had been missing from preseason. He's going to make rookie mistakes but he's going to take us on a ride to get better.

Our Defensive line is lights fuckin' out! NO one...and I mean NO one is going to run on us. Martin's big run was because we were geared for the pass and that was a great call by Tampa. Pass defense needs to get it together and gel.

Our o-line is not nearly as bad as people say...that was probably the best d-line we'll face all season. The offense will gel...and get better. We definitely need to stay healthy! Anyone know if Cumberland make it back?

This was a GREAT win...I'll take it. Shuts the fuckin' media up for a week. If we can go into Thursdays game and win...there ya go. Yes sir, 8-8 or 9-7 is by no means out of the question...as usual the media are wrong and prove to be the idiots we think they are.

The football gods shined on the NY Jets today...which NEVER happens! The tide is turning!

Geno looks so much better from the preseason

Much more poised but he has to improve on a ton of things

Even though Revis looked good, Tampa played a lot of zone and Revis had safety help

His opinion has no bearing on the finish. I'm just pretty sure that Geno did actually have a foot out of bounds, truly making it a late hit. I want to prove him wrong more than anything because he can't take being wrong.

Geno looked promising and seems to have gotten better as the game went on. The run game is non existent. We sure as hell could use Shonne Greene right about now.

    TB offense produced: 17 points
    Jets offense produced: 16 points
    Jets defense produced: 2 points

The defense [1] held TB offense at bay AND [2] even scored 2 points by themselves. Kudos to the defense. Offense - not so much. [That gimme TD by Martin was directly the result of Geno fumble. Without that, TB offense doesn't even get to 17. They are stuck at 10]

Kudos to D Davis for running down Vincent Jackson to keep him from scoring a TD on the Bucs go-ahead drive.
