Do you think that a strong stacked zone blitz would be effective with a safety cheating into the D gap but two yards off the LOS?
Some thoughts I think the number of PDs is misleading because teams have been going after Milliner the entire season. I didn't verify that but I would welcome any reply that could prove or refute that. When cbs play off, it can be because they have trouble transitioning into their backpedal. Milliner doesn't need to be the next Revis but the #2CB needs to be solid. We are taking a risk going into next season with Milliner as #1. Let's hope it works out.
Always love reading BGAs and it's interesting to get this perspective. Was hoping someone would do this and take a closer look at Revis' rookie season. For a 2-year span, Revis was the most dominant Jet who has ever played for the team. I can't call him the best Jet ever because he wasn't here long enough, but in my lifetime, I haven't seen a more dominant Jet. One of the first thing the article says is that it's more to point out the differences between the two, since it's unfair to compare anyone to Revis. I enjoy reading all the 'not even going to read it' posts, even though it's a good breakdown.
You can make a good argument for Don Maynard being the best all-time Jets player. If you go to pro football reference he ranks #40 all time in their fan rating, which is a bit of a reach but not a huge reach. He was the all-time leading pass receiver when he retired.
i remember revis game against the bills in his rookie season... jp lossman made lee evans look like jerry rice.. evans torched revis all game long
