He wasn't "bad". None of them are/were. They're all the same though. And boring. Rikishi's butt in the face was gross-out funny, but that was as far from one-dimensional as he got.

Rikishi was a bootleg Yokozuna. Speaking of Yoko, what the hell was WWF/E thinking when they made a Samoan a Japanese sumo wrestler? I really didn't care when I was a kid but now it seems a lil fucked up

I'm pretty sure Yokozuna was a former Sumo champion.

Neg. He just looked Japanese. They even said he hailed from Polynesia at live shows. He was just billed a "representive of Japan", because he had Mr. Fuji.

He was always a favorite of mine, it's a shame he couldn't lose his poundage.

Well his problem was he became TOO fat. Then he had trouble losing the weight he had gained. He apperently added 200 lbs during his tenure, but could only manage to lose 100, and the WWF officials said thanks but no thanks and cut him. Before he died, he had apperently balloned back up to, or maybe even above, his peak weight.

The Great Charli was better then The Great Khali.

They should never change Charlies gimmick. This is EASILY the gimmick of the year.

    That makes him what? 2-3?

Does anybody know if the Meadowlands box office opens early tomorrow for the Smackdown tickets? Tickets supposedly go on sale at 10, but the box office opens at 11. Do we need to go through Ticketmaster to get good seats?

    Did anyone watch last night?

Charlie Haas as a Snuka had me laughing my ass off!

But what's up with Orton and Kelly Kelly storyline? Are they trying to set up a showdown with Kane for the Rumble? Eh.

I think it's hilarious that no matter what Cena does, he'll always get a few boos from the crowd. I've actually started to like Orton and Cena lately. Their personalities have shifted a little bit to be more entertaining. Orton has more life and Cena doesn't go so far over the top anymore. I like it.

There were even RKO chants last night. I don't think I've ever heard that before.

Speaking of Orton, WTF did do while he was out? Work out 23 hours a day? That dude must have like .001% body fat at this point. Honestly, he actually looks too skinny. It puts more focus on his monkey arms.

Oh, and the whole HBK working for JBL is disgusting. Come on, seriously?

Sorry, don't usually come in here, but wandered in and was curious after reading because my friend asked me for real Yokozuna videos one time.

Turns out "Yokozuna" is a title bestowed upon the highest order of Sumo wrestlers, while the Samoan guy from WWF never actually competed in Japan at all, just used the title for his storyline.

Yeah, who are all pretty sucktastic. The only one that had talent was Ted "Million Dollar Man" DiBiase's son, but I don't know what happened to him. I missed a couple months of RAW, and he was gone when I came back.

The stable is called Legacy, and consists of Cody Rhodes, Jimmy Snuka's son, and one of the Wild Somoan's sons, all under the leadership of Orton. Ted DiBiase Jr was with Rhodes and Orton to start the group, but like I said, he's disappeared.

Does anyone know the deal with DiBiase?

Cool. Thanks for the info!

WWE is putting him in a movie. I think it's The Marine 2. Awful.

I want him back ASAP. He's easily the 2nd best in the group behind Orton.

Agreed. (I've actually become an Orton fan. Who knew he had a personality?)

Are you hitting RAW @ Nassau February 27?

Depends on what tickets I can get a hold of. I went to Smackdown on Tuesday and the Raw house show at the Garden this past week. Both awesome. The Raw house show main event was awesome... Jericho vs. Cena in a steel cage match which actually made me think Jericho might win the belt at one point. It was sick. House shows are usually where you get the best wrestling so if you are interested in going you will get the best show other then a pay-per-view.

And it's a Friday which is good so you can take the kids.

BTW Incase anyone is interested... here are some pics from when I sat front row at a Raw show in August. http://sports.webshots.com/album/566308514kHXXyc
