yeah, but you guys might have won a ring. He was fucking scary when he was in his prime. I think of that game he had in Buffalo in December his last season before he spaced. That last long TD run in the 4th quarter, 150 something yards, 2 TDs in the snow. I hated him.
A fukin Fossil HOF LB/DE, with a god damn Painful Hyper Extended elbow, playing on a team he fukin hated and he still is outplaying Ghost  Looks like the Gatorade bucket hit him in the face though....but he deserves that and the bath
Maybe 2003 or 2002. Miami is very close to being a contender now. We really needed to beat the Jets tonight to want to have a shot at the playoffs. I only see 1 team coming out of the AFCE. AFCS and AFCN are simply too good.
I have been a Taylor fan since the day he signed, I root for any guy who suits in green and white with very few exceptions. He will always be a Dolphin but he seems to be right at home with the Jets and is doing exactly what he was brought here for. If he goes into the HOF it will be as a Phin but I hope it's the Jets that do what Miami couldn't for him because I'll have an ear to ear smile looking at that SB ring as he gives his acceptance speech. I think it may have been personal for him because I think tonight was his best game as a Jet and certainly the most intense he has been since he got here.
That last celebration with Coleman it looked like he picked him up by the nipples. That looked painful as hell.
The good news is that the AFC East has a chance to knock the AFC N teams out of the playoffs and the Jets can knock out the Texans and the Phins can do the same to to the Titans. I think it's going to be very hard for Miami to go into the Meadowlands and beat the Jets though.
Oh I agree. I believe we get swept by the Jets. We had to win this game. I'm not looking forward to playing Holmes 2x a year.. Jets look scary with a fairly favorable mid season schedule. should be 3-1 after next week..
If the Dolphins beat the Pats next week I think it's going to be a two team race all season. The Jets and Fins defenses didn't look all that good today but the Pats D really blows chunks and they're going to have trouble going 10-6 in that reality.
In football, players don't really enter the Hall as a member of a certain team. It's not like baseball anyway with the team logo on the plaque. Yeah obviously, Taylor will be mentioned as a great Dolphins player and all the press photos for his induction will show him in Dolphins garb unless he helps the Jets win a Super Bowl. It is rare to see a great player go to a division rival. Hall of Famer Jackie Smith did this. After 15 years with the Cardinals, he finished his career with the hated Cowboys in 1978. Of course, he dropped a touchdown in the end zone in the Super Bowl. Jerry Rice finished his career with a 49ers division rival, but '04 was only Seattle's third year as a division rival of SF. I doubt SF fans were too bummed about seeing Rice playing for Seattle, but I know Cards fans had to be very weirded out by seeing Smith in a Super Bowl for a hated division rival. There are more examples, of course.
The D's were playing in a steam bath. That had more to do with the Jets stinking up the joint from the late 2nd on. The Fins D, I reserve judgment on but I have to believe that the heat affected them negatively just the same.
Hey man, He's one of us now. He plays for us i was rooting for that mr. clean looking mofucka the whole time.
Bill Parcells is nasty, glad that JT put it in his face last night, but the Dolphins o-line is still pretty good, Jets were not able to put much pressure on Henne in the second half
I thought he was picking up Coleman to slam into the turf! Or at least thats what I was hoping Guy has been immense since he signed and his work ethic can only bring along players like Westerman / Kroul etc ( Gholston is exempt from anything including the words work and ethic)
So I guess that "Breaking News" that the Jets were going to cut him was all bs huh lol JT has been great for us so far. Can't wait to see what him and Pace do.
