Well, that sucked. Calvin Johnson left early in the 4th quarter Andre Johnson inactive No FA pickups after the first games start on Sunday And the rest of my team just plain sucked. Congrats to GQ, I just wish I could have given you more competition today.
26 point lead with the players I have going (and SD can't get a sack). It's over. The thing that sucks is that when I heard about Andre, I went on immediately to pick up Jacoby Jones. I figured it would be fine because it was an hour before gametime, but he was already locked into waivers. Seems odd for Yahoo to do that, but it likely wouldn't have made a difference. EDIT: Apparently it's just the way Yahoo does it. I vastly prefer ESPN's waiver system, but I should have looked into that and picked up Jones in advance. Live and learn :smile:
I motion to use ESPN next year, I can't stand Yahoo's interface. I know MB has a problem with it but a motion requires a vote!

I'm assuming I'm going to win 3rd place.....but the Vikes/Eagles game is still in the 4th quarter. Let's see if McCoy can work a miracle for Soss. Anyway....thanks to everybody who participated. I will conduct an AIM chatroom session next July (current Friars Club participants will get the invite) and we'll discuss changes to scoring...and whether or not a change to the ESPN site would be more beneficial.
