damn man i just reread your post and realized that you're my age..19 or 20. thats crazy to go through all that, i mean i party a lot at school and smoke a lot of weed but i never went to rehab but i have buddies that did so i know what it must have been like.
by far the worst and most painful, yet most gratifying experience of my life. it truly was necessary. it fucking sucked though, especially since I was still a minor at the time, I basically didn't have any rights. they treated us like animals, but hey, it worked. so no complaints.
Great post man. Glad to hear you emerged from that storm a stronger person. I, too, was physically ill after the Doug Brien debacle. I was in Atlantic City in the downstairs area of the Borgata watching every single snap while my group of friends moved from casino to strip club, to another casino... It quite literally ruined my night. Your persistence will pay off. All of the trials and tribulations endured by all of us Jets fans over the years will make that win so much sweeter when it happens.
