I knew what you were talking about. I was trying to say sometimes those plays work out for the Jets too.

    Because their records don't continue-

We all start 0-0, but playoff experience helps, as well as the entire year for a rookie QB, and a new defense.

I did not realize you were being so literal, lol.

    Miami 11-5
    Jets 11-5
    Pats 10-6
    Bills 5-11

    Miami #4 seed
Jets #5 seed (I get this prediction from margin of victory in the 2 matchups. We split the series)

I expected more from the team with the best CB tandem in the league....13-3.

Our division, and the AFC all together, will be an absolute WAR this year. A lot of solid teams will be left on the outside looking in. My prediction on the East:

    1) NYJ 10-6
    2) NE 9-7
    3) MIA 9-7
    4) BUF 4-12

I don't think it's farfetched for Miami to win the div... they made some great moves this offseason and were already a wildcard contender. I think we're deeper than them which ultimately will have us win the div; NE could be in a transition period right now, but Brady/Belidick can still win games. The division will be a photo finish in 2010.

Whatever happened to the NE O-linemen who demanded a trade (Mankins I think? Or Kaczur?)? I like turmoil-spiked chowder.

Jets and Miami have identical strength of schedule, both lower than the Pats or (somehow) the Bills.

Here's where the problem comes in for Miami...

Arguably the toughest games we have in common (outside the division) are the Ravens, Packers, Vikings, and Bengals.

Miami has all four of those on the road...we have all four at home.

Touche. That is tough, but even tougher on the road.

I agree w/our record, and maybe gholston, but 1600 total yards from l.t is a bit much, and sanchez w/24 td's is too.

Especially a warm weather team heading into the cold. Except for the Vikings dome.

This guy Bill must be one hell of a player. making the playoffs by himself? We need to to see if we can trade for him.

10+ wins for the Jets. Fins and Pats after that.

    * anybody who picks the Dolfags over the mighty green is nuts, we going to superbowl if we stay healthy, almost did it last year, If the Jets play solid defense, run oriented power ball control football and let Sanchez do a little more(he will be much better than last year) we will win superbowl, The green machine is coming !!!
