Herm was easily more of an idiot in front of a microphone than any Jets coach in history. He also proved throughout the years that he had little to do with the actual operations of a football team, although when he felt his oats, he tried to moronically dictate what players should be drafted into his half-assed defensive scheme. It was obvious to anyone that saw through his fake act. He continued to do so with the Chiefs and he continues to fake his way through ESPN broadcasts. Only stupidity continues to fool people into thinking that this guy was an NFL coach. Complete fraud.
