It is something you realize in hindsight looking at all those highlight videos from youtube that the guy just had zero emotion playing out there. No fist pumping, no jumping around. The guy made plays, but just didnt care about it either way.

Funny thing is that from day 1, the Ghost was in Eric's doghouse. I always thought is strange that is was his guy and he treated him like crap. As we have come to find out, he was/is crap as a football player.
I hated the Jets drafting Gholston, but even I thought he'd fall into at least one sack somewhere along the way. I thought Gholston would be awful, but somehow he's even worse than awful.
Cakes took a lot of shit. Cakes and I were in total agreement about this piece of crap long before he was drafted.
My last time bumping this, but I was on pro football weekly reading this piece on the last few Mr. Irrelevants and this shit, when realizing what we got in the same year with Gholston, cracked me up/made me cry: David Vobora (2008, St. Louis Rams) A linebacker out of Idaho, Vobora has been a contributor for the Rams in each of his three seasons. He has played in 26 games the past two seasons, and has 16 career starts, tallying 97 career tackles and two sacks in his career so far. Vobora gets our vote for best Mr. Irrelevant.
I still think this guy can turn it around. Did you see what a monster he was on "Hard Knocks". Some guys are slow starters ... give him a chance ... it's only been 3 years.
