common scoring, no ppr, so yeah, it?s a RB heavy league, and Davis showed a lot after he complained about his role. if i recall corectly he had about 50 yards in 1 half, the game he got injured and he had a great game sunday. and watson was a top 3 TE till he got hurt. so it?s a very tough decition, cuz i don?t have a real need for gates.
Good points. Realistically, Gates is just a flat-out better guy to have than Lynch. Maybe do the trade and then shop Watson and Davis around. But you can't really go wrong either way.
I traded Jesse Chatman for Lamont Jordan, LAmont has back concerns and I feel once they pull Culpepper for McNown the pass game will open up
tradingdeadline?s this friday, so finding a trade partner would be very difficult. and i have watson on the block for some weeks now
Just putting a guy on the block doesn't do anything. Make some offers. And offer up Davis too. You won't need him if you get Gates.
i got very good depth at WR Jennings, Roy Williams, Berrian, Braylon Edwards and Lee Evans and at RB Rudi, Maroney, KJones, Edge, Norwood and Chatman. in a 2RB 2WR 1R/W Flex-PPR league. I?ve been offered LT and Steve Smith for Jennings, Edwards and Maroney I hate to give up Edwards, but you don?t get a hand on LT often... This guy also has Peterson, should i try to get him instead of LT?
This is an absolute no-brainer. Make the trade. LT is better than Peterson in my opinion but not by much. Either way, MAKE THE TRADE!
I posted this right, when i recieved the offer, after thinking about it for some minutes, i knew myself how good it was. I just didn?t like the fact, that i would give up my best Player, but whatever. The only question is LT or AD? Did you see what he did yesterday, when you rooted for LT? btw. i got the first real bad advice this week from you. But hey, even God made some mistakes, right? :breakdance: thank god, id didn?t listen once again and start Evans over Maroney, but i still benched Jennings. Now i have to hope, that Ward doesn?t score tonight. Back to topic, LT or AD? more opinions?
same league Edge, McNabb and Roy Williams for TO and Derek Anderson? Value might be against this trade, but i got enough depth, to upgrade my starters. My usual lineup would change from this QB:McNabb WR:Steve Smith, Roy Williams RB:LT, KJones Flex:Edge/Lee Evans/Rudi to this QB: Anderson WR: Steve Smith, TO RB: LT, KJones Flex: Chatman/Lee Evans/Rudi looks like a upgrade to me
At this point, I'd start KJones over Edge, Anderson over McNabb, and TO over Roy. So I would do this trade, especially if you are in a ppr league.
I am currently starting James Jones and DeShaun Foster at my flex positions, so I'm considering two trades that would essentially end up like this for me: I get: Marion Barber, Joey Galloway, Hines Ward, Chris Cooley I give: Chad Johnson, Jason Witten, DeShaun Foster, David Patten I'm on the fence...for me Barber is a lot better than Foster, and I get the extra receiver I need by getting Galloway and Ward, but I'm giving up the best player in the trade and Witten is doing a lot better than Cooley. Should I do it?
I say do it. I think Barber is only a little better than Foster but ChadJo is unreliable at this point and you could use the WR depth.
