Watch the HBO thing and see Herm in all his Glory.

A lot of the time he reminds me of the inner city reverend who tries to be cool with the inner city kids by talking street and really exaggerating it. Like when he was yelling at Dwayne Bowe to get the Donuts, and talking about the dreds.

This quote is from an NFL article at ESPN.com

"To me, playbooks are like going to a Chinese restaurant," Chiefs coach Herm Edwards said. "It's a big menu. OK, what do you like, do you like poultry, do you like fish, do you like meat? We have all these things in this book which you need to have, but at the end, this is what we are.

"You couldn't run all the things you have in the playbook. You've got no shot."

Call another knee on 3rd down in a Championship game and lose a yard...

Mancouldbegenius had a 10-6 season and beat the Patriots once…nothing Herm didn’t do. I’ll laugh at Herm when Manmaybeagenius wins a championship.

I think it will come down to who handles poor quarterbacking better in their tenure at NY.

what I'm going to enjoy most is when Herm tries to run Larry Johnson into the ground again, and then discovers he's injured and he can't do it.

he'll be like "who the **** is Michael Bennett? He's on our roster?"

I don't know if Mangini is a genius, but I do know that I'd much rather have him coaching my team than Herm.

"Its not the SKILL , Its the will!! "

Problem is Herm really believes that so not enough attention is actually paid to roster talent.
