Last Jets game of 2006-07 was OK in HD

The HD went out for about 2 minutes at 12:12 PM during the pregame...it had been breaking/up and pixelationg (and the SD stations, too, though not as much)....signal strength went "< RANGE" and the signal strength on the SD stations was -15.

Once the HD 'fixed itself' it was in the orange again at -12/-13 but stable for the most part. I got about 2-3 quick pixelazations that didn't require me to switch channels; they weren't that bad. They lasted 2-5 seconds, tops.

Cablevision has to get more fiber to their nodes !!!

The games so far have been pretty good....very few if any audio drops, and no HDTV outages on the Hi-Def station. Last year early in the season I had to switch to regular CBS because CBS-HD pixelated so bad I thought it would hurt my plasma.

I have Cablevision in the NY suburbs, FWIW.

So of course....5 minutes after posting above the TV had a 2-3 second audio glitch.

My signal is a bit weak: -13 db, it should be +/- 10 db....but it's always been outside the normal parameters. Bigtime trouble usually happens when it falls below 16 or 17.

Shit no wonder! Reception was horrible for me. Me and my pops were about to go on the roof.
