Well I guess the Titans were the team smart enough to pick up White, the White/Young combo is something that will work well for them. The #53 is still a big question mark...
There's at least 5 backs on the board better than Norwood... no way. And Croyle? ugh... he'll never be a starting QB. Jets don't need to draft a backup. If they're not going to get a RB who can help now, maybe a receiver or db?
People, there are no playmakers without a line in front of them. The football immaturity and need for instant gratification is unbelievable. The Jets just rebuilt their OL for 10 years in the span of 5 hours. A WR or RB would've meant nothing without these guys in front of them. As for Leinart, doesn't it say something that the team with his former OC passed on him, as did 9 other teams, and nobody else wanted to trade up for him?????? Franchise QB?? I don't think so.
Leinart COULD be a franchise QB. Only time will tell. His stock did seem to fall somewhat rather quickly though.
Chow and Fisher wanted Leinart. Bud Adams wanted Young, who's from his hometown. Owner holds the cards and wields the power. That's why Leinart is not in Tennessee.
