    I don't think Clarrett was ever on top of the world. Hell, he tried to sue the league to force them to take him out of High School, and lost.

    I just thought the question was hillarious. It has to hurt a bit to be asked how you would compare yourself to Maurice Clarrett. That would be like you or I being asked, how do you compare yourself to The Son of Sam.

    Oh don't get me wrong, I believe you. I don't know the guy, so I assume that you know significantly more than I do. My point was, we used a compensation pick (Herm) to grab a RB, instead of addressing the critical needs of DT and DE we have. Sure, we need a RB, and I will be happy if he works out, but our D is terrible on paper right now, and that is the one thing we used to be able to rely on.
