I hope I am wrong but at this point it looks like Glenn has lost this team and locker room, the team has got absolutely embarrased last 2 games. The offensive and defensive unit has not even showed up to play last 2 games. The dolphins and Jags players were open all day with no defender in site on every play last 2 games, this should never happen in the nfl. It look's like the defensive players are not even trying, blame Wilkes all you want, but when the defensive players ain't making a effort or playing hard it's just as much on the coach as it is on the defensive coordinator.
Enough is enough. Fire Glenn. Its over. Mougey can stay and allow him to help find the next coach but Glenn has got to go.
The entire staff, with the exception of Banjo, should be fired immediately after the team gets off the plane. Banjo as interim HC the rest of the way and then retained for the next coach’s staff

This is what happens when you try to emulate a legend. Aaron Glenn is NOT Bill Parcells. Glenn was not ready for this job at this point in his career. I'm not sure if he'll EVER be ready. There is ONE thing to take away from this trainwreck of a season. Woody needs to hand the operation of the franchise over to Mougey and let him make all the important decisions.

I have no idea if Mougey is competent or the next Idzik/Maccagnan/Douglas, but Glenn has made it clear that he's terrible. He needs to go.
I would let Mougey hire a head coach. Hes this teams only chance at this point. I dont want Woody or the 33rd team or anyone else involved. Mougey at least has shown something but the rest havent shown anything.
