Yeah everyone always asks for more traveling calls, me included, but man was it annoying both ways. Hopefully the refs stop calling them after a month

Also Bargs, ouch. Sloppy game from him, but he's going to get his chances to score.

Nobody scored 20+ points for us.

I see the refs giving in before the players learn. It's been something the players have been doing their whole life

    nice start to the season

    Knicks win

Overrated, overhyped New Jersey loses to the dreadful Cavs

^^ Nets will be fine. East is weak and they can cruise to a spot, then they can take the minute limits off KG and Pierce. The important thing is Deron's health, I read he got nicked up again last night.

For the Knicks, we should see Amare tonight. WE play the Bulls who went 4-0 against us last year bringing out the worst in the Knicks. Throw Shump on Rose and go from there. It will be interesting to see how NYK matches up. You could throw Melo/MWP on Boozer if yo want to start the game, or throw Chandler/Bargs on him if you go bigger. The Bulls two nights ago started Rose, Butler, Deng, Boozer, and Noah which is a BIG lineup so it will be interesting how the Knicks counter. The Bulls can throw Butler, Deng, and Gibson all on Melo an the Bulls have Knicks enemy Mike Dunleavy coming off of the bench

FINALLY I GET THE KNICKS! So excited to watch these boys live. Out here in PA its nothing but Sixers games which suck. Big test tonight vs the Bulls. Is Rose playing? I remember hearing he had back problems or something.

Rose sounds dinged up, but sounds like he is going to play.

Amare and KMART might get some time.

Starting lineup is Felton, Shump, Melo, Andrea, Chandler. It's cool we can match up big with the teams, but we have to remember we can bring teams out of their comfort zone during the game by going really small at times to force Noah off the court.

4 missed open shots, 2 turnovers, and 2 fouls. If he racks that up without getting any points, start booing

Ugly half, only down 5. Knicks haven't gone too ISO at all, but the ball is stopping when the bench gets out there.

THJ is little small, but really liking what I see offensively from him. Hopefully Shump can get going and stay out of foul trouble. Knicks transition D is bad, and Bargs wants to hit "simulate to the end" on this game right now

Defense stepped up in the 4th, the problem was the offense went too Melo happy with about 3 minutes left in the 4th. That's a typical problem as Kerr pointed out and tonight Melo didn't have it. I don't mind melo taking the last shot, but with about 3 minutes left, we just didn't run an offense.

Did like the Knicks D though, turned it up. The problem is getting into foul trouble too quickly into a quarter and giving the other team the bonus. We put the Bulls into the Bonus with like 9 minutes into the 4th and we got into the bonus with 2-3 minutes left.

Overall, nice to see Bargs find his shooting stroke.Nice to see THJ getting big minutes with the closing 4 of Shump/Melo/Chandler/Felton. Losing to the Bulls sucks, haven't beaten them in over a year and lost a bunch of close games.

The defense on Rose's game winner was good defense, Rose just made a tough shot after struggling all night on contested shots. Melo got a good look, I would trust him to make that, but he didn't. Tyson missing those free throws is key.

I'm going to try and take a more calm approach to this season, we'll see how long that lasts :)

Next game is Sunday at home against Minny. I think Minny likes playing small with Love at the 5, but I could be wrong. That means we might go Felton/PRig/Shump/Melo/Chandler to start

It was only a 1 point loss to what most are declaring the 2nd best in the east. I'm not all that worried. Things will iron out as the season goes along. Barqs hit some critical shots for us down the stretch. The Bulls D is beastly. For the first time ever I was rooting for Miami over the Nets. They almost pulled it off too. Heat are 1-2, Philly undefeated? What? Haha I doubt it lasts. I just hope the Nets falter and fall apart.

We also didn't lose our cool to the Bulls when calls didn't go our, unlike what felt like all 4 games last year.

The Miami vs BK thing is interesting. I was still pulling for BK in the game, but hoping KG and Pierce and sucked while they won. I dislike KG and Pierce more than I dislike the Nets name. Where as the Heat, I dislike the Heat franchise and jersey and colors more than I hate Lebron and Wade and Bosh.

76ers!!! Take down the Bulls. Beast of the East is real clear now, your tanking Philadelphia 76ers.

Knicks getting throttled after 1 quarter. Let's skip the pretending and just go to Felton, Prigs, Shump, Melo and Chandler. We got so worried what supposedly caused us to lose to IND, that we ignored what helped us get 54 wins.

Bargs could also be good offense off the bench too
