lolz dude fat is your friend these days apparently. I'm pretty ripped and I have overheard/heard numerous girls saying they wouldn't date somebody who is "chiseled". Which is either evolution taking its course, adjusting to all the fatties in this country or girls saying that because they can't get any guys who are in shape. I am a fat guy but I have standards. I never had sex with a fat girl. I swear. All the girls I banged were at least sexy skinny ladies. I wasn't this fat all the time though. Well. I am declared Diabetic by my doctor so either I lose weight or I die.
^Just do it man. Get your mind right and that is the most important part. All the information is out there on the net. Once you get your head in the right place, losing weight is pretty simple
Thanks dude. I do have a pretty weak willpower. So it will be interesting to see how I will respond to this challenge. I have always delayed taking care of myself and let myself gain weight steadily without doing something against it. I ate like usual, drank like usual etc. No exercise of course. So now my blood sugar is 167 while fasting. My doctor told me pretty scary stuff about losing my toe than maybe the whole foot due to Diabetes. Forget about what doctors said. I do have 2 little boys counting on me. Well tomorrow I am flying to Istanbul,Turkey to spend my summer vacation for 2 weeks. Will meet with friends and whole family and come back with a lot of positive energy to start making a change, real change in my life style. Eating healthy, exercising more etc. Let's see if I can do it. I am a lousy guy so I don't think I will be able to get down to my ideal weight but I know I will try pretty hard based on my standards. By the way this is drunk thread. I don't want to hijack it. Let's talk about booze and pretty girls who might want to get laid with a fatty like me.
