it doesn't matter since Brady gets rid of the ball in 2 seconds. Dallas sacked him 5 fucking times and pressured him a whole bunch more and got torched. Its all about coverage against the Pats

You know as well as I do that when we knock Brady on his ass multiple times a game, he gets fucking pissed and starts to get off his game. We have done it time and time again.

yup. And he beats us time and time again. If we cant cover those short passes and screens, were dead. Even if we sack him 8 times.

Their offense is ever-changing. He barely throws the ball downfield anymore.

We have come close the past few times though.. But I do agree with the short pass and screen game.. We must cover those. If we can get constant pressure on him as well as cover those short routes, we might be looking at a win here.

If we must lose, 8 sacks would be a nice consolation prize.

When we intercept a pass we should get a pressure gauge out...just sayin.

Face it, Brady ain't going to get sacked much. The Pats O ALWAYS has a hot receiver to throw to and Brady is a master of the short pass.
In last years game in Foxboro the Jets held Brady to less than 300 and only the jets only had one sack.

The Jets need to limit yards after catch like they did v the skins.

The jets allowed 34 rushing yards and 225 total yards, both of which are the lowest by far for the redskins this season. And we're concerned about sacks?

The Skins offensive game plan was heavily based on quick passes & screens. At halftime we adjusted to move the D up to take those away and shut them down.

I remember a couple of plays where Cousins had more time than I would have liked but for the most part the ball was out of his hands quickly and/or he was pressured.

Yup. When we beat them in '10 we only rushed 3 dropped 8 and pretty much had a 10 yard cloud. Revis/Cro shut down the intermediate/ deep threat. And brady had all day, yet had nowhere to throw.

I feel confident in his ability to shut-down Gronkowski. We are built to beat them.

And when Gronk catches the ball then what? Cro holds on and waits for help to arrive. More comfortable with Gilchrist on Gronk.

I'm not even sure it's one dimensional without Ivory at this point. The Jets would have to go spread hurry up to get anything going and the picks are going to happen in that situation. The Eagles game was basically 2 good drives and that's probably what the Jets offense has in it without a strong rushing attack to keep defenses honest.

We should line wilk and Richardson on pats left tackle or weakest link every time. Brady needs to feel pressure and pain

The 1 sack on Sunday 91 and 96 lined up next to each other, crossed and met in the middle. That combo will create headaches for a suspect New England line.
