I pick against the Jets whenever I think they won't cover or win (if picking without lines). I put aside my rooting interest when making picks. I'm 7-1 picking Jets games against the spread and 7-1 picking Jets games straight. The Browns game was the only problem. By the way, the Mike Carey crew called a bogus offensive pass interference penalty on Isaac Bruce on a 3rd down play. Bruce had caught the pass good for a first down on a play where he was interfered with by Ty Law. The Rams were driving for the game-tying touchdown in Chiefs territory. The bogus call was a key moment in the game and effectively ended any potential Rams comeback. The non-call on the Bengals final offensive play was also horrible.
