Cuomo is apparently ready to commit real resources and funding in PR as a stopgap until everybody else gets their act together. Not sure if that is a pitch for islanders to pick NY as their refugee destination or a pre-emptive attempt to stem the flow. The flag should not be politicized, it should be the thing that unites us. And if you don't like this country so much go try living anywhere else in the world.
