What's encouraging is that a local radio personality in San Diego was the first to report that Tomlinson to the Jets was a "done deal". This guy may know something. Geiger is in Pittsburgh, too. Who knows.

The thing is. I'm thoroughly convinced now that there is "something" to Cowlishaw's initial story. I think he's probably wrong about the new deal but I'm starting to suspect that Revis is coming back sometime this week with or without a contract. Just my guess after trying to make sense of all of the recent "reports" and subsequent denials.
Like I said earlier, my gut feeling now is someone from the Revis camp leaked some false info to stir up talk about Revis. It just happened to coincide with the Jets signing Mangold?? Little odd to me now. I think it's his agents trying their best to save some face and get Jet fans back to demanding the return of Revis.
No chance. The fans will hate Revis and his ilk even more if it turns out that they just leaked false information.
