    There really is nothing to get over. I could care less if he plays either way. Just educating you on our lovely legal system. Just because he walked out of court after the DUI does not mean its over. A first offense DUI can be up to a year in Jail in new york.

    If this story is true he violated his probation. By Violatinf the probation from the DUI and in a violent manner, he will most likely be sent back in front of a judge where he could be sentanced to some serious time. This is his third charge involving alcohol leading back to the fight in Cleveland. Typically as these things go he's going to be looked at with less and less leniency.

    He may play this year, but if he was stupid enough to do what the story states, he's facing a shit load of trouble.
