This is baloney! If the players are good enought to beat the Pats or Saints, they are good enough to beat the Bills! Like it was said earlier in this thread, Rex builds up certain games like they are the Superbowl, then they have huge mental letdowns following them...
Our defense was the reason we won those games .The talent on offense cant rise to the occasion because there not good enough.Is David Nelson gonna play at a higher level because hes motivated?Same with the TEs and the rest of our WRs and Geno.They are what they are the offense cost us the first Pats game.I really dont belive in "mental letdowns" have you ever played sports at a highschool level or higher? I had a similar situation in high school football where we won lost won lost,it wasnt because of mental letdowns it was because we sucked playing away from the school.And with the Jets having the young team they do and limited talent on offense and a Rookie QB its no surprise we won 1 road game all season.Bad offenses dont travel well outside of there comfortzone
and yet is 4-1 in season openers w/ extra time to prepare and 4-1 w/ extra time to prepare after a Thursday game.
