Didn't read all the comments, so i don't know if it's been mentioned, but...
The Ravens players supposidly made a pact to follow Ryan wherever he goes.

I wouldn't underestimate how important it is to have a solid, reliable long snapper. It's reassuring to know we shouldn't have to worry about any disasterous FG or punt attempts from the LS standpoint.

    That was painfully ignorant.

He's up for Least Knowledgeable Poster of the Year. He's down by two votes to a Raider Troll, so go put him in 1st. http://forums.theganggreen.com/showthread.php?t=41764

In real life, I would warn other Jets fans to never listen to what he says about the team, but I imagine they don't already.

Get rid of Favre, use the cap room to get Suggs or Lewis which will send a message to the NFL that the Jets will be the next great NFL defense. A team built around defense like the Ravens and Bucs when they won SB doesn't need a superstar QB. Just a guy that can minimize turnovers and manage a game.

Strengthen the running game on offense by adding a tall swift WR in the draft. That will stretch the field considerably.

I think Ryan will be able to draft some late round sleepers on defense. He seems to understand players very well.

I will also add that the new stadium and Jets HQ will play a considerable part in luring FA's here. Players will have the NY limelight and the
comfortable distance of a state of the art facility and high living in Northern NJ burbs.

I'd prefer Suggs over Lewis, as he is younger. But what about Ed Reed? I think the secondary needs more work than the LB core, no? What's Ed Reed's status??

Ray Lewis is 34. No thanks. And screw a 1st rd pick. Get as many other rounders as possible for that 17th
