No risk no reward Personally without taking a chance: I would have no Degree No career No job No Marriage (twice haha) No children No driving a car Etc etc So if not the splitting hairs on first Round QBs it's the OL fof or sure too Then even if we get a blue chip QB "the Jets won't develop him correctly" (so why bother...ridiculous!) On and on and on..more excuses ...more kick the can 100xs Yep let's just do nothing to solve our FQB problem and let Toilet run the Bathroom Team to the ground
One day when the Jets are a legit team we won't need to tank..it's a strategy to get you a higher pick not because you want to lose Frankly I don't care if coaches play to keep a job They keep a job and fans are left holding the bag year after year after year
It's a QB driven league. I'm fine with the Jets taking a QB in the early rounds of every draft moving forward until we find our QB. The days of winning a championship with a great defense and running game are sadly gone. I miss smashmouth football.
And as a result, the entire coaching staff and front office will lose their jobs. Maybe not this offseason, but within 18 months.
