    Do you think Leon would still be gone if we didn't get McKnight?

    Perhaps Carroll didn't want to draft any of his college players because he thought it would show favoritism. I know he traded for Lendale White but he's been a pro for a while.

    Yah that could be possible too. It wouldn't look too good if he went and drafted all USC players. It would have shown that he couldn't analyze the draft outside the perspective of his previous players.
