Wait, how can you pass on a player if he is off the board when you pick? That makes no sense. The Jets passed on Dan Marino and took Ken O'Brien. The Jets passed on Farve, and took Browning Nagle. They didn't pass on Reggie or Mario, they were both gone by the time we had our pick. We passed on Lienart.
I think GM was being sarcastic. Then again...I just read this entire thread...and I feel like I just walked out of a Mel Brooks movie. Doesnt bother me that Raj posts stuff like this..what bothers me is that he posts a thread..and just leaves it out there and doesnt respond. Should be a rule that if you post a thread..if you dont respond by the end of the first page...delete the thread. If you dont have the time to respond in your own thread..dont start it.
That is because he does not post for actual debate. Based on past posts and responses, he has little knowledge about the Jets and football as a whole. He finds something negative, or finds a negative thread, and posts. His intension is to troll, not provide something to the board. This is pretty apparent if you look at his posting history.
This is itself makes him a troll. I don't care that/if he's a Jets fan, I don't care if he makes the occasional effort to throw that ridiculous website he posts all the time, he leaves an inflammatory thread unresponded to for days, so he is a troll. This thread wasn't made for debate, it was made for negative effect. I doubt he would even have come up with the idea without Raiderjoe making the exact statement that is the premise for this thread in another thread. But of course you know all of this, jaywayne, I'm just clarifying for those who do not know.
What I find very amusing is that he keeps coming back. Over the past several days MANY people have caught on to what he is and what he is doing. He is being bitch slapped around this board, yet he still comes back. It is really pretty funny, or pathetic, depending on how you look at it.
