listen to me... i have been at the University of Maryland for the last four years...and although it is really annoying when you are a fan who wants to win, this school is one of the few that plays by the rules and isn't afraid to suspend someone who can't keep up with their studies. Happened twice on our basketball team. Chris McCray and Shane Clark, yes that Shane clark who then transferred to 'Nova because they don't give a fuck about that stuff. Gaither is a monster and may not be bright enough to finish college, but this does not mean he is a degenerate. I'd use a 4th or a maybe a 3rd.
