Let's not forget that Matt Cassel and Jimmy Garoppolo performed so well in the Pats' system that they landed huge contracts relative to their actual achievements on the field.

What did they go, 3-1 during Br*dy's cheating suspension?
freaking Jacoby Brissett even managed to look good.

But let's keep crediting QB's with W's or L's in the ultimate team sport.
That line of thinking drives me crazy.

Heard on Mad Dog Sports Radio that all the Pro Gamblers/Sharps are betting the Rams plus 3 and going under for a lot of other prop bets like Gronk going under 2 TDs but Rams Anderson gettin 3 1/2 yards first carry

Just another reason not to watch this sham tonight: Tony Romo and JIM NANTZ. Initially I was enjoying Romo as an announcer/color analyst, but he wore out his welcome when he devolved into constantly saying the word 'like' and actively joined the Cheats blowjob fest consortium. It's not as if he doesn't know what he's talking about, he's just lately become difficult to listen to for those two reasons. Enjoy the clown show tonight, everyone. Just turn off the volume so you don't have have to hear and see Nantz masturbating furiously on live television.

    Ouch.

Now we're beating up on poor little Tony Romo?:(

You're right about Jim Nantz though...he can fuck right off.

Remember the Jets/Cheats PO game in New England when Malcontentonio Holmes made that great circus catch? Simms: "Wow, what a catch that's a touchdown!" Nantz: "I don't think so, Phil (sounds like someone just murdered his puppy)." Simms (even before the replay): "That's a touchdown, Jim." Nantz: "I don't know . . . " Simms: "He got both feet in, Jim. That's a TD. It's gonna take a lot to overturn that." Nantz: "I don't think he's in." Replay shows Holmes was clearly in, play on the field stands, Nantz sulks and goes silent. What a hump. I should try to find that clip. It's hilarious. Then The Crotch, Braylon Edwards, and Holmes start doing the arms outstretched Jets thing and Nantz actually said something snide about it. What a hump times two.

Then there was a Cheats Spittsburgh matchup some years ago (2011?, something like that). Roethlisrapist got stickum all over his jersey from a Cheats defender and Simms goes, "Wow, Jim. That was declared illegal. That's illegal." Nantz: "I hadn't heard of that, Phil." Simms: "That is highly, highly illegal, Jim. It's illegal." In other words . . . CHEATING. It was also very funny because Simms wouldn't let it go. Nantz: Crickets and cicadas. Nantz is just another cog in the wheel of why I want the fckn Cheats to lose, only I'm sorry to say, for a variety of reasons, I don't see it happening (refs gonna ref amongst them).

Did you guys catch the Joe Namath piece on CBS? I am sure Pats fans aren't happy when they said Joe Namath made Superbowl what it is today and everything started with Joe and the Jets. Loved loved loved it.

Poor little Tony Romo? I yelled, "Tony Romo for President!" twice during his career. The first time was when he muffed the snap in the POs because I can't stand Parcells, the second time when poor now unnecessarily and tragically dead Joe McKnight made that spectacular blocked punt play. Romo later threw an INT. Thanks, Tony!

The interview with Belli right then was the best thing I’ve ever seen him do in that regard.

Why does he insist on being a total fucking dickhole when he could have just been that guy in that interview.

I still hope he contracts Herpes Simplex 10.

Seriously. I get that he's bitter but how much "revenge" does a person need in one lifetime, He has already stuck a virtual shiv in the Jets more times than one can count.

The Super Bowl is a special experience. I hope the Jets and their fans get to experience it within the next few seasons. I think the Patriots and their fake, bandwagon, fan base have had enough going to 9 in 17 years. I wouldn't mind the Chiefs going either. Great fans and Patrick Mahomes is the real deal.

Its frustrating to see the Patriots in the Super Bowl every year, it would be nice to see new teams every year. However its safe to say, this will NEVER happen again. We will never see another QB/Coach make this many Super Bowls, so on the bright side, once when this is over, it will be brighter days for the rest of the league. However, lets be honest, I think a lot of us thought around 2013 or that we were almost done with it, instead we have gotten the 5 most dominate years of the Patriots to date..... If they win the Super Bowl tonight, these last 5 years are Brady-Belichicks best five years.

If the Pats do lose, I think this entire board should spot Brooks the $500. He put his wallet on the line for us. I am up for $20. Who's with me?
