Well his shoulder is banged up but he did finish the game and he is playing this week so I dont think there is any need to worry about him.
Yeah i was about to write that same thing. As soon as that defender fell on that outstretched arm i started to get nervous...it was nice to see Cotch get up and celebrate though!!
Coles, Cotch, and Stuckey are all possession receivers. We need a burner on the field who can stretch the D and keep the S out of the box. Keller can do that to an extent but he's not a burner, rather he's a mismatch problem for the D. The only burner on the team is Clowney. I'd like to see him activated for a game in hopes he can continue his preseason magic.
If we win the Superbowl this year. Coles retires. JCo becomes the number 1 on the roster. Followed by Stuckey, and Brad Smith. Clowney will get time then.
I didn't see him listed on the injury report this week. Actually, I don't remember seeing him on the injury report all season. Mangini wouldn't lie about injuries!
i saw baker drop a pass against ne. stucky cant get on the field because our 4th and 5th receivers are brad smith and wright, special teams phenoms. who do you sit?
says it in my screen name.....i love stuckey!!! just throw him the damn ball ..haha !! like the 3rd down in NE and he'll get the job done
bills country too huh Chansi? yup Bills fans are complete idiots. Nothing to do to them, except when they try and jibe you, point say "Wide Right" laugh and walk away. just repeat, for never ending fun!
i know it really sucks....bills country and my husband and 13yr old daughter has followed in her stepfathers footsteps...yikes!! at least i have raised my 12yr old son to love the green and white jets!!!!!
thats always good, gotta have the son on the right side of things! where abouts in bills country? directly in Buffalo, or just central NY somewhere?
actually i live in northwestern pa just south of jamestown,ny.....prob abt 75miles south of buffalo...so kinda sandwiched in between steelers country and bills country.....plus im a huge clemson fan....hence the screen name
I'd like to see Clowney get on the field. He would add another dimension to the offense. I know we've got a lot of weapons, but i'm sure we can get him 4 or 5 plays a game.I'm sure he's frustrated. He was having a great preseason.
I can see Clowney taking minutes from Coles next season. I can even forsee a play or two with a completely unforseen personnel package with Stuckey, Keller, Clowney and Smith at QB. Talk about taking a page from the middle of the playbook...
Only works if Brad smith actually knows how to throw the football. Every time we line him up at QB, its an option or a keeper. Not once do I remember him actually throwing the football.
I think he did during the KC game, but McGraw broke it up. Someone tell me if that actually happened.
