If it's not a first rounder, it doesn't count.

And which veteran would you want? http://www.profootballrumors.com/2015-nfl-free-agents-2/ There's not one guy on that QB list who is worth it. WRs are there though if we take a QB in the first round.

Regardless if we get Jameis or Marcus, I DO NOT want them starting week 1. Just get a vet and lose idc, let a guy fucking develop for once.

Guess what? Under Rex, the jets defense IS ridiculous. Rex even admitted that he costs the jets the game today by calling a zero coverage. And, what makes you think there ever has been or will be a " healthy" Dee Millner? The guy had FIVE surgeries BEFORE the jets drafted him, for Christ sake. Same with McDougle--the guy played a whole one and a half GAMES his senior year of college. If by some miracle either of them WERE healthy, what makes you think they'd even contribute. Most teams didn't even have McDouglke ON their draft board and Rex wastes a 3rd round pick on him, and Milner gives new meaning to burnt toast.

Yeah, I'm thinking drafting Cooper at 5, trading a 4th and Wilkerson to the Skins for RGIII and signing Mike Iuputi would be a pretty good offensive upgrade.

Yeah I was just throwing the pick out there , no idea what the value would actually be but I think Shanahan f'd over RGIII and a change of scenery would do him good especially if he had a stud guard and Amari Cooper to throw to.

I wish we wouldn't get our hopes to high in getting Ol' Crab legs or Mariota. If we don't I think some people in here may finally go over the edge.

I don't mind taking a shot on RGIII but he's damaged goods. No way in hell I'd trade that much for him.

God that would be awful,Where do some people come up with this stuff, yea let's trade our stud D Line men in Wilkerson for the biggest first round bust in recent memory.Id trade a fourth for RG3 but I don't see the Skins trading him anyway they invested way to much into that pick

Go up a few posts, I clearly stated I had no idea the value and was throwing it out as a hypothetical. I do see the Jets "shopping" Mo in the offseason. The D line has played fine without him and with a new coach we may not even continue to employ the same D.

After trading Revis there's no way Woody is gonna agree to trading Mo Wilk,he still has to fill the stadium next season after this awful year and Wilk is the biggest star on the team as of right now

RG3 is not worth Wilkerson alone. He's not worth a fourth round pick alone. You want to combine them in a package?

    He's barely worth Kenrick Ellis.

Haha, come on, man, I know it's been a long season, but that's really out there... RG3 has been terrible so far, and Wilkerson is one of the best 3-4 DEs in the NFL, as good as anyone after Watt.

I can actually see us potentially trading Wilkerson in the offseason depending on who the new HC is. If Rex is fired, as most people expect, and the new HC is a 4-3 guy (like maybe Seattle's DC), Wilkerson might not be an optimal fit for the new defense. But in that case, I certainly hope they get something better than RG3 for him.

We will trade MO because that the only jets player that I own a jersey for. It always happens, LT, Revis, Holmes the list go's on and on

I know that, I really have no idea how a trade would work but my point was I would be in favor of trading for RGIII and drafting Cooper as opposed to trading up to get Winston or the Duck.

We've traded away some high end defensive linemen in my time as a Jets fan. Hugh Douglas back in the day, then John Abraham. Wilkerson might be better than both of those. They better get a great haul if they decide to trade him.
