Does anyone believe Singeltary would have tolerated the Jets level of intensity the last 4 weeks? Does anyone believe Singeltary wouldn't establish the run and stop the run with the players we have on our team? Does anyone believe Singeltary wouldn't have ripped Suttons head off his shoulders and stuffed it up his ass if went into a three man rush on every third and long?
You mistake turning the 49ers into a tough, determined football team with contenders.... its not "contenders" its a stronger mentality amongst the players.
Who cares what anyone believes? Does anyone believe that any good coach can have 4 bad games in a row? Does that mean it never happens?
Mangini has not established himself as a good HC. You could just as easily say a bad HC could have a good stretch like we did earlier in the year with a highly talented team. Good HC get fired all the time. Unless we have a miracle finish including a playoff win, Mangini will have earned his firing based on the last two years of running this team.
Last year I joked to people that even if Singletary arrived at the job interview completely naked I'd still hire him over Mangini. And then he gets the job and drops his pants, mebbe I have ESPN or something. Anyway, to believe that Mangini is better than Singletary proves you are a bigot. You sir, do not like skinny people. No, you don't like them at all.
