Bit of an exaggeration. I think the issue is Hill hasn't really flashed much. He's honestly shown more bad than good to this point. He shown bad hands, runs poor routes, doesn't attack the football in the air and has had injury issues. You don't expect them to all come in and set the world on fire but you do expect to see flashes of WHY the guy was drafted where he was.
Why is Alshon Jeffrey having no problems?Guy is already one of the best in league. He was drafted 2 picks after Hill.Hills a bust get over it
Its not just one guy,Look at most teams if not all teams. They all have very good if not great options at WR all taken in draft. But we have drafted no one at WR Except Kerley and Hill in what feels like 8 years.Kerleys good against bad defenses ,hes a good num 3 or 4 .This bs philosphy of not drafting wrs has to end
I totally agree w/ you..although you have to include Jordan White as well. I think they had the right idea when they drafted Stephen Hill. He hasn't worked out just yet but the team was desperate for size & speed at WR..2 things Hill has alot of. He also had pretty good tape..it wasn't like he was lost in college. Then again..he was only running about 3-4 different routes.
