Really so getting sacked 2 or three times plus the hitsdoes not set a clock off in your head. And notice how you gloss over the the real issue the fact that hunter sucks and in his sucking he puts a qb that was good enough to go to 2 championship games with him as the qb.
Nope you put whomever you want to at qb and they will be just as bad if not worse with hunter at tackle.
Fix the o-line and Sanchez will be fine. I get it you hate and bunch of people hate sanchez but unless sanchez can block what do you or any smart fan expect?
Stop hating and look at the problem replace sanchez fine with who? bnecause with hunter at tackle the offense will still struggle.

I am worried that Rex is like his dad, cares more about his defensive reputation, and less about winning....

From your words to God's ears...

No matter how much Rex says he's involved with the offense, you just know where his heart is. I'm wondering if that's the reason behind why it took so many years for Rex to sit in the big chair. As a DC, his resume sparkles.. As a HC, just like his Dad, his resume isn't exactly stellar even though we lost two AFCCG's in a row.

I kept saying that Morono is a bad play caller...

But many of you folk were pointing to his Dallas days and somehow ignoring his pathetic ultra conservative Fins days...

He is very conservative and boring...It's what our pathetic offense was for years...

The very Offense Rex is comfortable with. Too bad the talent on this team can't support the GnP no matter what Rex spoon feeds the rubes.

    agree totally....this is a offensive league.....we would need a 86 Bears or a 00 Ravens defense
    to win with this O-line...

I'm not hating. in fact I've always defended Sanchez. but im not blind. everyone knows Hunter sucks. wake up and watch the play. Sanchez had plenty of time. the pass sucked and it had nothing to do with hunter. put the blame where it belongs.

    It's the fucking preseason.

You want the Jets throwing out their whole playbook? Holy shit our fanbase is stupid.

It's not about the preseason, its about the execution. Mark Sanchez throwing a pick 6, offense line allowing sacks and no touchdowns isn't a product of it being preseason, but a dysfunction in those areas. I'm not saying they can't get better, but it's cause for concern if this team can't score a touchdown in the preseason.

Obviously this Jets offense is so damn good it can tank the entire preseason and just turn on the "jets" once the real season begins. Given their well known prowess on offense, I see your point.

I would say trade Revis for some high round picks but the jets would just waste those picks on projects or small rb's

you're right. there would be no point in getting a first down ... or god forbid, actually scoring. That would totally destroy that big element of surprise we have going for us. I feel sorry for those Bills. they're going to walk into a buzz saw.

Keep in mind 3 receivers are out. Idc who you are if 3 of your top 4 receivers are hurt, it will dramatically affect your offense.

Outside of Holmes, who exactly are we talking about here? 2 probowlers or 2 guys wearing our colors? Sorry, but that excuse doesn't wash. If not having 2 no name guys playing keeps your offense from scoring one lousy TD over the span of 70 plays, there's a big fckn problem.

Lol OK I give up. You take away as much as you want from a few quarters of the preseason.

But I've been watching football long enough to know that preseason games mean less than nothing.
