Just accept the billboard guy for what he is, a loud fart in a quite room. Embarrassing at the time but easily forgotten after a day or two.
Loud farts in quiet rooms are funny when it's not you, and you like to bring them up every now and them to remind everyone of that time someone did something embarrassing. This guy is like a train wreck... I can't look away as much as I want to.
I would just like to say thank you for putting up the billboards. Accountability is a good thing especially when we have a clueless owner who hired an unqualified person to be an NFL gm. I don't think that will happen again.
You have a point. Not saying the billboards had anything to do with what happened today but Woody Johnson just got taught a really hard lesson about running a NFL franchise. I'd like to think this lesson will stick with him.
Another little anecdote from Nimbley on these clowns: They asked him to donate because a portion would go to Leah Still. He said he wanted it all to go to Leah Still since he can't donate to keeping or firing anyone he covers. They stopped answering. Lowlifes.
I wouldn't be too sure. You're talking about a guy with a pretty astronomical sense of his own self importance. Without him, the organization would be mired in chaos. If things turn around, I guarantee you he'll claim the credit. And if things continue to suck for a little while, well, we know what he's got in his playbook.
Same can be said for Jim Dolan and no one put up stupid signs telling Dolan to fire anyone. Sometimes after years and years of trying the same thing and failing, people get it. I think that's the more logical explanation for everything Woody is doing/has done/will do (hopefully).
I'd ask if my proceeds would all go to Leah Still, but then you'd stop answering me just like you did the last person that asked you that.
