The stadium over-pricing can be shown on ebay where you can see scalpers selling tickets. They seem to have decided that row one mezz A corners, first 9 rows of TC or LGL and rows 1-5 of 15K and LLEZ seats were the only seats that they could sell for more than the ticket price plus PSL fee. But that is only around 1,000 seats. That leaves 81,000 seats where a PSL is worthless as you can buy the tickets for less on stubhub.
