With this guy it'd be two wins a year... most of our defensive players have seen his vanilla shit for years and now he'd take it to Buffalo. I'd hate to see him go because he's gonna fall on his face and we'd all hate to see a Mangini disciple do that.
LOL! That's some very optimistic thinking my friend. I don't think Cowher is coming to Buffalo anytime soon, but keep dreaming...
I don't get why everyone assumes Schotty is going to be a terrible Head Coach. The man had to work with FOUR different groups of QBs and Wide Receivers since he became Offensive Coordinator for the Jets, which means he pretty much had to start from scratch each season.
Assuming he carries the same approach and gameplan he has had with the jets offense over to the head job of the bills, we can assume he'll be a bad HC.
im sayin it on here first but if schotty tries callin another one of those stupid f*ing double reverses again espescially if it isnt neccesary as usualor any other of his "cute" unecessary plays, "SCHOTTY SUCKS" will be the chant if we can get a few people spread out in diff sections to do this, and then the whole stadium, it will be great, i want to at least ensure that he knows hes an idiot. or maybe ill just walk up and introduce myself and then just tell him in person, im not sure which is better.
via rotoworld " According to NFL Network's Mike Lombardi, Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is a strong candidate to emerge as the favorite for the Bills' head coaching vacancy. Schottenheimer has proven a versatile offensive mind, switching his system from fairly pass-oriented in 2008 to decidedly run-minded in 2009. Marty's son has interviewed for multiple head-coaching jobs before and handled both rookie and veteran quarterbacks, the position at which Buffalo is most desperate."
