He's actually made some decent points, but I think the bottom line is that he made a statement that he really doesn't have sufficient evidence or reports to make. There are some cases where Mark could be in trouble - if he took her to California and banged her for example. He really looks foolish if no new evidence comes out that Sanchez broke the law (which he accused him of IMO).
