Chad does enter the discussion simply b/c henne was benched in favor of him. It's not like he was brought up for no reason.
yeah but its a callback to the love Jets fans have for white players with a lot of heart. Had to sneak a joke in there somewhere.
Chad was great in his time here, especially from 2002 to 2004. However, after he screwed up his shoulder, he was never the same. He had like two good seasons after that (one with the Jets, and one with the Dolphins). He's 34 now, I can't see him ever being the same as he used to be.
still don't get it, so if your not the most athletically gifted athlete, try hard & don't give up & succeed when times get tough that's a bad thing??? I don't know about you but that what America stands for...blood,sweat & toil from the average Joe is what made America what it is today & it will continue to be that way.
I'm thinking about starting Penny now in FF. He's a former Jet, which means he'll probly have a 75pt day.
thats his least important attribute. he's versatility, toughness, and hard nosed play plus the fact that he's scored 3 TDs for the Pats this season are way more important attributes.
So where are the Miami fans now touting Henne as better than Sanchez? Benched? For Pennington? It's over for Miami.
I haven't changed my personal opinion of Henne. I still think he's a solid QB, he's just making too many mistakes right now. I think the offensive coaching / playcalling should be responsible for some of the blame here as well. It's been weak / predictable, almost all dink and dunk, and Henne still doesn't have the deep weapon{s} he needs in my opinion... There's nothing wrong with his arm, he just isn't making good decisions within the system that we're running right now. I think he'll be fine in the long run, but sitting at 4-4, it is a minor setback... ~BK~
