If in preseason and practice coaches see him and Fitz as even, you gotta go with Rosen, right? Is he "the Guy" we can build around or are we looking to draft a QB in first round of 2020 draft.
Imagine Josh Allen, Josh Rosen and Sam Darnold all become elite QBs, and the Patriots are stuck at the bottom of the division for a decade in perma rebuild mode after B&B retire. That would be well worth it.
All the reports are he looked much better than Fits the last 3 weeks. Think the fear was getting him injured behind that o line, but I agree. Gotta see if he's your QB going forward or if you are drafting one next season. They are dumping everyone right now. Kind of strange that they are trying to trade for Clowney.
He's rebounded nicely since his awful otas and early training camp. I thought he might already be broken. Darnold vs Rosen will be some good football IMO.
Josh Rosen's getting screwed here esp. with them trading their only good OL (and a LT at that). Looks like they're in the tank for either Tua or Herbert in 2020 or Trevor Lawrence in 2021. .
When two teams seem to want only to get away from a young QB as quickly as possible you have to begin to wonder if it's him rather than them, don't you?
well it could be that the Dolphins do have some hopes for Rosen it's just that they don't want him to get killed behind what will be the league's worst O-line after what he went through last year. But yea Tank for Tua seems pretty real now. Maybe they're hoping to find themselves in a Rivers/Brees situation next year There were questions with Rosen regarding his attitude, maturity, leadership skills, commitment to football coming out of college. Where there's smoke there's fire. Miami may be seeing that this guy just doesn't have the mental makeup to lead a team.
Doesn't matter. They are going 0-16. If Rosen got the start over Pick Sixpatrick then that means he is the best chance to lose.
